We recently worked with and helped one of our valued clients after an inspection with CQC. When the inspection took place they identified some areas of concern in their report that were quite negative towards the care service. After reviewing the report we stepped in and challenged the mitigating areas of concern and had them overturned. We did this by working with the client and identifying to CQC where they had missed the evidence they were looking for around a specific standard. This resulted in an uplifted score for the care service by CQC which in turn gave them renewed confidence in how they were running their service.
